As will be the case with most of you, we are closely monitoring developments around the Coronavirus pandemic. In particular, we are following government guidance around social distancing in an effort to protect the health and safety of our employees. This has been done principally so that we can continue to -safely- serve and protect you, our customers.

Rest assured, as an FCA regulated business; we have extensive operational resilience and governance protocols in place to ensure service continuity through these testing times. As a group, we have direct ownership of many elements of the service we provide to you, including claims handling and underwriting. As such, we do not yet anticipate material disruptions in any of the services that we provide.

Most importantly, we have obligations to you, our customer. We believe that communication and transparency are key; and so we will -of course- keep you updated on how we can best serve you moving forward.
